I have a lot of cookbooks. When I decided to make my list of favorites, I went back to my cookbook inventory on my computer and found I have too many favorites. I have broken them down into categories to make it easier. Some of the books on this list are my favorites not so much for the recipes themselves but for the voice of the writer. Enjoy!
